Michael is a real estate broker and a mortgage loan originator who has been a Realtor since 2012. Anita is his partner in business and in life, and together they co-own My Key Real Estate and lead the Marchena Home Team.
Because Michael understands both the property side and the lending side, buyers get a clear picture of what they can afford and what to expect, and sellers get honest advice on pricing, preparation and the buyer’s financing before an offer is on the table.
