Before you decide
Reviews are most useful when you read them with your own situation in mind. A few ideas:
Focus on reviews about the kind of help, location or transaction questions that matter to you: buying, selling, relocating or financing.
Use the original review platform to confirm the reviewer’s name, the date and any response from the agent.
Combine published feedback with a direct conversation about experience, process, communication and your specific goals.
